Pros

Edge of technology and ITIL practices. They know what they're doing, even if sometimes they're sloppy. A cool environment with good HR.

Cons

They tend to left shift tasks, to have the service desk do the cloudops' job without getting Cloudops money. However, this can be good for someone's evolution, but not always good for their mental health.
