This is a commission SALES job. If you don’t have a passion for sales, for learning your product and always understanding a changing sales environment, it will be a more difficult job.
Cons
Because the product you are selling has a market based cost that can be unpredictable, some people get frustrated with things out of their control that makes selling the product more difficult at times and easier at times. People who have a difficult time with this unpredictability or have not put in the time and energy (pun) to understand the product they sell will be more challenged.
