Pros
- Everyone is highly invested in the company and wants to work hard - Open for new ideas even if you have just started - Good team work and lots of fun activities (if you are in the office) - Freedom to choose different activities in your job and take on more than in your contract
Cons
- Sometimes high stress levels, especially at end of year - Lots of travel needed (could be a plus if you like it) - High independance and self-motivation needed (if you work abroad) - Small team, so less growth possible
