Pros
Collaborative and supportive company culture. Leadership genuinely cares about the health and wellness of their employees, and employees genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of the clients they serve. One of the most empathetic and caring organizations I have worked for.
Cons
I started during the Pandemic which made it difficult to get to know my co workers. Not as much room to move up the ladder, but that is consistent with credentials required in the industry.
