Hard to say that this was one of 'Cons', hoped it would have been nicer if the scope of the projects were challenging enough to the individuals to grow fast, which will be eventually returning benefit to the company. 2. Depend on the case, you MIGHT encounter micro management from your collaborator and feel yourself nothing more than just an AI model taking orders.
