Pros
Proverb is getting a more diverse portfolio of clients. Raises are given pretty freely. A great team of people that want to do great work and are willing to work hard to do so. If you aren't a self-starter, can deal with personalities and don't rely on structure or clear direction in order to work well then this is a pretty easy place to be.
Cons
No fostering of continued education or career growth. Reviews are based solely on personality without any constructive performance-based feedback. Leadership does not trust each other and keeps work-related "secrets" from one another. This distrust is taken out freely on the team with power struggles, heavy micromanaging, passive aggression, backdooring of their own employees and general apathy. Do not expect to be given any autonomy. Leadership is unable to perform any of the tasks or functions that are expected of their employees. No HR department so complaints and interpersonal issues are not given much regard or taken seriously. No flex hours, WFH days are offered 2x/month but is generally discouraged.
