Pros
Providence's vision is amazing, and in the right facility with the right managers, they do some incredible things for patients and employees alike. Their benefits rock, too.
Cons
Providence is such a massive system that the quality of your workplace really depends on your facility manager and middle management. I had the misfortune of working in a facility with very poor leadership, which greatly influenced my decision to move on. I will say, however, that the HR department went above and beyond to try to correct the issues brought to light.
