Dysfunctional organization - Anonymous employee Providence Employee Review

Very ignorant and unprofessional staff. Lack of following through on multiple levels in the organization. Other professional staff with graduate degrees are not treated equally on various levels compared to PA’s, Physicians ARNP’s.
