Pros

You're guaranteed to have a lot of exposure to technology in a massive environment. Leadership is fairly good about getting new equipment in some areas. There is so much money being thrown around for capital projects that you might really benefit from riding one of those projects, although nothing is guaranteed. Culture and values of the org are great but they're being ignored or only brought out when leadership is going to ask us to sacrifice more.

Cons

I'm worked to death and management doesn't care. I can't even remember the last time I worked less than 50 hours in a week and normal is 60+. Senior leadership is clueless as to what's going on and doesn't let employees give input or ignores what does come in. We waste so much money it's ridiculous and then you turn around and tell me we have nothing for raises? Then I find out you handed out fat bonuses to the execs! I killed myself trying to reach the goals set that helped you get those bonuses and you stiff me. There are so many things wrong with this org that I can't even touch on like how many chiefs we have without enough workers, too many project managers, etc. I would not recommend coming here unless it's a stepping stone of some sort and you don't intend to stay. This is not a healthy org at all.

Pros

Great people to work with, remote, supportive

Cons

Use desktop equipment instead of laptop so stuck sitting wherever it’s set up at.

Pros

coworkers pay supporting people in community They post the same job in multiple locations because they are open to having that role exist in different locations in many cases (note the pay is also based on where as well though) Info for those reading reviews to get a picture: I'm United States, but India reviews should really be separate feedback entirely, paid less and fed daily (read location: Hyderabad).

Cons

My last management was completely toxic Had health issues and a valid claim that was ignored, only pressured Was pushed out by my management when they found out my salary Mgmt requested to submit feedback for improvement, then retaliated Since HR was outsourced and trying to protect the company from further lawsuits (I was not one but contemplated due to validity) of absolutely no help and honestly, completely inappropriate. You will be repeatedly asked to provide feedback, but it will be killed with a 1 on 1. If I had laid down and taken the angry repercussions of their poor process implementation, and their complete lack of accountability, I would still be there - I just would have transferred to another manager. Some managers and teams are more toxic than others, but favoritism and bullying are allowed and seen Overworked and under-represented but was great for several years.
