      Decent compensation and benefits. Great culture. No politics. Purposeful company. Company doesn’t micro-manage and trust and empower you to do your work. Great colleagues and good leadership.

      Pretty flat organisational structure and may need to wear multiple hats. Need to work hard but satisfying

      Pros

      - Forward-thinking CEO - Disciplined deputy seniors in a good way - Chill internal staff and "brains" of the operation - Senior colleagues who have been through life and offer contrasted life experiences. Learn as much as you can.

      Cons

      - Lack of career progression path variety - They expect you to progress quickly which is great - No connections to established financial firms. i.e. don't treat here as a stepping stone into hard-core finance
