Terrible Senior Management - Personal Banker Provident State Bank Employee Review

Pay sucked. Most people made less than $20 hr. People that had been working there for YEARS. Like 10 plus. When you try to tell senior management why people are leaving they laugh at you. They think they know what is best for the company while their workers are dropping like flies. So many people quit and when you speak up it puts a target on your back. They don’t really want to make the company better.
