Pros
There are zero Pro's for this Company, The only pro I would give it is the employees there are great people and sad to see them get treated the way they do.
Cons
Where to even begin with the downsides, Pay is absolute trash regardless of experience, AND speaking of experience the owners have zero experience in Aerospace and with running a machine shop, They cut corners on making parts and cut corners with the paperwork and they have people doing paperwork that shouldn't be touching it, It Should only be the Quality Dept. doing it, she will just hurry parts through and fill out everything just to get it moved, people doing certain things that they should not be doing, and they could care less about the quality of anything, The lady who runs it has ZERO RESPECT for any of her employees and treats them like absolute crap, talks down to them, Talks about them, grabs stuff right out of their hands cause they are not doing it fast enough for her and she will just do it herself instead, She has no training experience and gets really mean about it if you don't go fast enough while training, the way she talks to people is so disgusting and degrading, she has to be doing everything instead of letting the ones she hired do the job they were hired to do, And as I said She talks crap about everyone to everyone regardless if they are right there or not, the other owner has no clue either and just walks around like he is Dazed and Confused, There is ZERO traceability for anything AND I MEAN ZERO TRACEABILITY, Not sure how they are even certified, You will not be able to use them as a reference as other shops know about them and know they are bad and will not hire you if you have worked there, There is no room for growth, you will be stuck at what you were hired for, the benefits suck, you will be thrown under the bus for stuff the owner does and then she will disrespect you right in front of others by blaming you, they are SOO CHEAP and don't care about anything but pushing parts out regardless of quality. Honestly they should just sell the shop to someone that knows how the industry works.
