Pros
The people are great, it is a diverse team of intelligent people always willing to help out and share expertise. The office is very social with plenty of opportunities to get to know everyone. It's a great place to work at the Analysts level as you will get exposure to many well-known clients and projects to develop skills quickly. The fairly work / life balance is pretty good for a Mangement Consultancy. However, due to the nature of the industry you can expect peaks and troughs in workload.
Cons
Each Project Manager has their own style, but some are harder to get hold of than others, making it feel like project progress is stagnated when you need guidance or support. T here also appears to be a lot of people at the mid-level leaving. I think this is causing a lack of consultants and senior consultants to help analysts push projects forward.
