Pros

Good pay. Pretty good benefits. Nice location. You can bring your dog. Beer carts on Fridays.

Cons

They like to promise room for growth and mentor ship but they don't come through with it. As a junior, they threw a lot of senior work on me and expected a lot more than what was ever asked. My supervisor even stated that my seniors expectations were just under the line of impossible every time, yet there was no recourse or help from my supervisor. A lot of the higher up are really nice people who act like they care about you, but in the end its still business and will throw you under the bus for any reason. People like to talk a lot about other people so much so that people on another floor in another department will know gossip about you. Most times you will work way more than your 40 hours. My supervisor has yelled at me on a few occasions after I had gotten home from work making me work until 2AM. Really bad work/life balance. There are also a lot of cool events like awards shows and cruises, which you can never bring your spouse or SO to.
