      Close to home. Some nice coworkers.

      Benefits are lousy. Management is weak. Company is cheap. Residents are fed lousy, unhealthy and improperly cooked food

      It’s a job. Corporate is horrible

      Cons

      High turnover, not enough staff or PRN. They have any nurse they have working carts regardless of title. MDS-cart. Floor supervisor-cart. Skeleton crew and burn out .
