Pros

Met and worked with some wonderful and talented people. Who now also work somewhere else where they are appreciated and treated well. (Or will do soon).

Cons

A bullying and negative environment. High-pressured and high-stress but for all the wrong reasons. Directors are exceptionally two-faced, you witness them behave and talk about people in a horrific manner. I'm sure the majority of staff wouldn't dream that their own bosses/managers would speak about them and their colleagues in such a way, when they're the ones making the money and running the events! Sales people encouraged to lie and use aggressive behaviour to get numbers on the board. They pride themselves on being as much like "Wolf of Wall Street" as possible - that film wasn't meant to be an aspiration for the workplace. Sort your outdated views and working practices out. Completely, absolutely and embarrassingly unprofessional. Misogynistic in both very obvious and very subtle ways - in fact in every way. Have some respect for yourself and don't work here, the directors sure won't have a single ounce of respect for you (or any of their staff). Lies, lies, and more lies. You're told you have to put a positive review on here (Glassdoor), as part of your role.

Pros

Very autonomous - You have to be individually motivated. No one is interested in babysitting or holding your hand. They are, however, very interested in each employee's growth, and at a personal level. Awesome Culture - I mean awesome. We are a pack of wolves. First and foremost, a family. "Easy" sales - It is never easy, but what we do makes our clients very happy, so... easy. Killer team - I have been in sales for nearly a decade and I am not kidding when I say there are some of the smartest and most articulate salespeople I have ever surrounded myself with. I have learned A LOT from them. Recruiting - Milen the CEO, and the whole team are absolute rockstars - be confident if you got offered an interview and be confident the company is heading in the right direction. ROOM TO GROW - if you want to make it in the sales world, especially in the realm of event organizing.. there really is no better place.

Cons

It is hard work, don't expect to coast or fake your way through it. Like I said, wolves, it'll get sniffed out fast.
