Pros
The staff is excellent and fun to work with; good entry-level experience
Cons
PsPrint was recently acquired by Deluxe Corp. which has implemented a lot of change within the company. The result is a push to expand quickly, however its rather sloppy and little is being done internally to support such growth. This puts a real strain on the staff.
The site is a mess and frequently is down, resulting in upset customers and stressed out customer service. There has been high turnover in the past year or so, so they are constantly trying to catch up with having enough support for the call center.
New features are launched without fully beta-testing and are very buggy. Again, more stress for CS.
You might be able to receive a slight promotion, but once you're a CS supervisor, that is pretty much as far as you're going to go within the company.
