There weren't really any cons to the job.

Loved working with the Therapist and Doctors that I had a close relationship with. It was also a rewarding feeling when a provider or patient acknowledged your hard work.

Poor management. This company is extremely unprofessional and they don't want to use their money to improve the company. They are still on paper charts and everything is really old school which makes the offices unorganized and harder to work efficiently. The company doesn't acknowledge their employees for their hard work and under pays everyone. A lot of favoritism within this company also. Don't expect to get promoted if you're not bestfriends with the people in the ADMIN department. I would never recommend working for PsyCare to anybody. Super unhealthy environment.
