      Best coworkers. Not fee for service, still get paid when appts don't show up. Note time. Week off at Christmas.

      Cons

      Lack of communication across all sites. Protocols always changing. A lot of responsibilities besides treatment and evaluations.

      Consumers and families are great to work with most of the time.

      Cons

      Micromanaging from a CEO that lives in California!! She is the RUDEST, arrogant person I’ve met in my entire career! She has turned this once wonderful company into a Horror and Toxic environment for all employees! So many staff have left BECAUSE of HER management skills!
