-Flexible work hours, you can handle when you want to work on projects as long as you meet the 2-week deadline -The deadline can be extended if needed, you just have to ask them -People here are easy to communicate and great to work with -Interesting video topics to work on
Cons
-Pay per project at the beginning is low, although it increases when the videos you make consistently perform well (such as reaching 100k views) -It gets a bit more difficult to meet the 2-week deadline when assigned longer scripts (7-8 minutes), even if it's manageable
