      Some of the people there are genuinely friendly. The work is rewarding.

      Cons

      Minimal management involvement. No feedback or coaching for new employees to figure out if they are doing the job correctly. No warnings or write ups or opportunities to correct mistakes. Write offs for care will be billed when employment ends.
