The company provides quite a bit of autonomy. Most products are competitive in the marketplace but some still need an overhaul. A few incredible gifted and knowledgeable people.

Sometimes the mood can be deflating. Years of poor management decisions have led to an environment of feeling deflated - where people around you are just going through the motions of their daily job. The wrong people were brought in to fix previous management mistakes which extended the woes.

Location is nice, in Downtown Crossing, near the Common.

Our managers set forth unattainable goals for our team. It was quite stressful. Many times we were told to lie to customers to glean information from them for our clients. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. The management also has a habit of making many promises that they do not keep, once you're hired. For a while, the company led me on that they would send me to visit the England office. Reviews were always postponed, as if my managers didn't care.
