      - Little training, very little guidance - "Baptism by fire" learning mentality - New hires have to work to get work - Employee's have 10 different jobs

      Most of the leadership team doesn't know what is happening and has no direction, which makes it easy for teams to fool them.

      Cons

      Same as above, that will lead to your dismissal if you're trying to do the right thing for the project.
