PPL is a growing organization that has seen a huge culture shift in the last few years. There is a lot of opportunity for people who want to come in and work hard and be successful. Recent hires have been really focused on making sure they match the culture and "why" of the organization, meaning that people are here for the right reason. Great remote-first environment.
Cons
With growth comes growing pains, because there are so many shifting opportunities, it is a lot to balance making sure everything is done correctly.

People really care and have a personal "why" attached to the mission of PPL.
The culture is one of collaboration and building each other up. It's an "all hands on deck" atmosphere with a LOT of hands ready to help whenever it's needed.
The opportunities to grow your career are endless, and leadership is very attuned to making sure you're headed in the right direction for the next step.
Cons
I think being fully remote has pros and cons - it's hard not to be able to build those in-person relationships sometimes, though they try to get teams together when possible.
