Pros
Working with some very nice people. No nights out by 6:00pm weekdays and weekends by 5:00pm , slow season you don't have much to do so you get paid to sit and do nothing, read a book lol a lot of quiet time
Cons
no advancement at all!! Always being threatened by customers, and then when you speak to management it's always your fault. Everyone is a manager and has no authority to do anything. Upper management only cares about pushing us to work harder so they can get a bonus and we get minimum on our end. No one cares about this job, most people only take it until something better comes along...turnover of employees is ridiculous. You are a janitor, salesperson, and presenter of legal paperwork..sell insurance when we don't even have a license to sell it, and tell people that it's a requirement of the rental agreement..but then the addendum says you don't have to have it...hilarious how they contradict everything they tell us. No one can make up their mind on one thing, read scripts learn them and then they change them again!! What does that tell you...SCRIPTS DON'T WORK I could go on forever but best advice is AVOID THIS COMPANY
