      Pros

      Recently moved to Dentsu and found that Publicis had a much better work life balance and asked less of your per client work. Publicis usually has you work on 1 client fully dedicated, whereas Dentsu assigned me to 6 at one point.

      Cons

      In office but honestly it wasn’t too bad looking back at it, bham was a great city to work in.

      Pros

      - 3 days in office, 2 days remote - unlimited PTO - 10 sick days - good amount of company holidays

      Cons

      - not fully remote - "unlimited" PTO, if your manager sucks, good luck getting PTO approved - low pay compared to other agencies - LONG hours, they really work you all day and past 5pm is a normal - toxic management
