Pros

Cons
Once you join the company, there is no surety of getting a project. You will be put on bench. You will have to go through rigorous client round of interviews. If you do not crack 3-4 interviews then there is every possibility of being sacked from company. Increments are unpredictable. In last 4 years, they have missed 2 years in terms of increment. As long as you are billable , you will be worshipped. The moment project gets finished and you are on bench then you will taste the real behaviour of people. Staffing partners are ineffective. Once you join the company, you will think to have good communication in the company. In contrast to that, you will be put in isolation waiting for client round meeting invitation. Staffing partners will never respond to you on emails or pings. Client is god in Sapient. If you get a good project then it is your luck otherwise be ready for overtime and rude behaviour from client. You can not even complaint in the organization as client is god and HR does not exist.
