Pros
Both management and co-workers are great, at my Publix. Everyone works as a team assisting in completing tasks and are respectful and fun. They want to see you succeed and are there to assist.
Cons
If you are not use to a fast paced environment, be kind to yourself as you adjust. It can be frustrating. Be prepared for interruptions, it is part of the job.
