Pros
Publix is very flexible with your hours, starts you off at a base salary higher than minimum wage, you get a raise every six months, the people are very nice.
Cons
One of the only downsides i can think of is that it is very hard to move up the ladder,at least in customer service, because there are a lot of employees.
