Good way to gain experience and get into the offshore industry and HR.

Management is brutal! They make promises and don't fulfill through. They expect you to work tirelessly and they don't care about you as a person. Was always stressed and overwhelmed and never appreciated. Pay is also very much under industry average. They don't pay well at all!!
