Ability to make an impact - Faculty Pulaski Technical College Employee Review

I love the people I work with and love getting to work somewhere that provides access to education for people who would otherwise not be able to receive one. You really the feeing that the school and admins actually care about you and care about the work we all do. Great with being flexible with schedules.

Pretty low pay, no great but not horrible.

The classes are usually on the small side.

Mandated 40 hours on campus for full-time, which isn’t usual in collegiate work. Workload tends to be 5/5 or 6/6, often with overloads. Overload and adjunct pay has not increased in over 20 years.
