Easy laid back. Rewarding to help ppl advance
Cons
Pay is lacking and you will hold multiple roles. Everyone kinda have a main role but they expect you multitask multiple task at once, im doing 2 fulltime roles currently with no extra pay and been doing it for 7 months. Most ppl have to take work home to finish on time. Sometimes you can feel like the main goal is neglected for profit and image.
