Pros
Strong and highly trusted brands. Lots of loyal consumers. Good quality products. Invests in R&D to develop good quality products. Various types of training available for employees. Employee benefits (excluding salary) are not too bad.
Cons
But the people working behind the brands are really overworked and underpaid. Workload varies by fuction but if you're unlucky you will have to work on weekends and late night.
