Pros
Pulp is such a fun place to work. The projects are fast paced and challenging, and it's rewarding to be able to see them through from start to finish. Since it's a smaller firm, everyone wears several different hats and has their hands in all aspects of the projects, which allows you to learn and grow as a designer quickly. The owners emphasize team bonding and work/life balance as much as possible and hard work and achievements at work are acknowledged and appreciated.
Cons
A pro for some and a con for others, but Pulp stresses independence and each member of the team is usually very busy with a high work load. While you can absolutely lean on your team if you need guidance, input, or training, those looking to have their hand held every step of the way may feel left behind or under-managed.
