Pay is good and bonus are nice if you meet the criteria for bonuses.
Cons
You'll be working ridiculously hard for your pay bc of staff shortage in all areas of the company. Unfortunately bc of that they hire anyone to fill vacancies. Nursing and Radiology seem to be the worse with turn over. They take advantage of the good employees and allow the bad ones to be bad bc they can't afford to lose anyone.
