Pros
Puma Energy is indeed a great place to work in. If you want a place where you can make a difference and a huge impact, then it is a place for you. The fact that my manager is keen to listen to my ideas/contributions and gives me the platform to execute is just amazing. Coming from a fast pace environment, the difference for me is the fact that Puma fuels your energy to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Cons
It is very fast pace so get some good running shoes as you are in for a marathon. It has a performance-driven culture so more than a 100% commitment to your work is required to deliver results.
