Pros
Positive atmosphere with a strong culture that can be felt from head office. Very nice group of people to work with, which makes going to work enjoyable.
Cons
Unionized environment really adds a lot of red tape to many business decisions. There is very few career opportunities that are provided by management which leads to employees leaving after two years. This company is essentially a farming ground for larger companies who can afford to pay more and have better career opportunities.
