Pros
I got a good education (hence the 3 star review), but that was more about my supervisor/PI/major professor and classes than anything else.
Cons
They changed the pay schedule/amounts to something completely opaque. There is no accountability from management. Grad students are considered and paid as "part time" workers but at the same time, we are told we need to work a minimum of 60-70 hr/week. Also, unless you want to go into academia, there is no career assistance. They hold lots of "nonacademic careers" seminars but what I learned from attending those is that graduates who hold nonacademic careers (by their own reports) somehow fell into those positions by means of serendipitous events. Not very helpful for someone trying to plan a career.
