      Pros

      I have only been here a short time but I absolutely love my role! My team are honestly amazing, they are so warm and welcoming and they always ensure that I am well supported. My manager is professional yet kind and caring and always puts my wellbeing first. The Gym Ops team are incredible and so hard working and are always kind and helpful as well as those who I have met in the Central Functions too!

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
