Management would rather hire outside than promote within, high staff turnover, lots of false promises in regards to positive changes, things go without being fixed far too long, staff safety is not a priority

None. This place is a dying ship.

Cons

Everything. They treat their good employees like crap and offer no benefits, salary increases or bonuses. Horrible management.
