Pros
Working outside, little direct supervision, but these are both positives, and negatives. There is a strong emphasis on safety, but that is the norm everywhere. Job not hard 7-10 days training, than your cut loose.
Cons
Get things in writing, during training told would be paid set amount per day, Wasn't! After training it's comission, OK pay if work is all you want to do. This place is unorganized- training supervisor was in charge of 10 states, so couldn't train much, was always on phone- even while driving-scary! Also told never to do some business stops on weekends, than first weekend alone told to work !
