Everyone at Purple Squirrel is laser focused on the mission to get people into their dream jobs and it is evident is everything they do. The organizational structure is very flat so you have a lot of freedom of action and the flexible work approach ensures a healthy work/life balance.
Cons
Like any young startup, to work here you have to be comfortable with ambiguity. Every day here is different from the last. Some may not be comfortable with a setting like this, but if you are hungry to dive in and take on many different challenges, you could flourish.
