Pros
The employees genuinely care about one another and their clients. I've never worked for a company where there is such a commitment to doing their best work and helping each other in what ever way they can. Serving nonprofit organizations is very difficult and not all clients are fun and easy to work with. But the consistent nurturing of the clients and always going above and beyond is really amazing. The team that has been built over the last few years is unbelievably talented and there seems to be a resolve and focus that is gaining momentum for clients and in the industry. It's really fun to be a part of. Also love the ability to work from home and open PTO.
Cons
I've been with Pursuant for several years and seen a lot of change. Some has been more difficult than other but it's always been approached from a place of genuine care for the clients, the employees, and the industry. Some hasn't worked and those changes have caused turnover that can be unsettling at times. This isn't a place where someone can come in and just coast along. You'll be stretched to learn more and chip in wherever you can. Some people just simply don't thrive in that sort of environment. If you're looking for a place where there is structured training and a corporate structure, this is not the company for you.
