Pros
I love that I can apply for jobs here and there that work with my schedule. It's a great way to make some extra money while meeting new people!
Cons
The shift can go slowly if there aren't many customers. Another con I guess is that other workers at the location may not be aware that you're coming in. For example, I was doing a promo event at The Bay and only the manager was aware that I was coming, whereas everyone else thought I was a customer. But that's a small thing!
