Pros
I had the unique opportunity of starting as a freelancer with Push Security, tasked with launching the corporate communications program. My engagement was set for 6 months, but I knew by month 2 that if the opportunity presented itself to take a full time role, I would jump on it. Push team members are among some of the smartest I have ever met in my 20+ year career in cybersecurity. Everyone is dedicated, hard-working and just fun people to work alongside. The technology we are offering is truly unique and the marquee logos we have in our customer portfolio proves that organizations believe this too.
This is a company with leadership that encourages everyone to work full throttle but also values and stresses the importance of work/life balance. Even though we are a fully remote company, every team member takes full advantage of collaboration through Slack and other online applications. We all know what we are working on at any given time. This keeps teams from feeling silo'd and keeps projects moving forward.
We have only just begun and I am so excited to be a full member of the team and to my contributions to our success.
Cons
The only "con" I can think of is that there is not enough time in the day to accomplish all we are trying to accomplish!
