Great to learn, not to stay - Anonymous employee Pusher Employee Review

The team is very collaborative and transparent. The product seems to be unique and important to CTO's and Developers who are creating applications Employees seem very generous with their time and willing to help

Just started about a week ago - none that I can see!

Pusher has a great culture and attitude towards their market, they focus on delivering innovative products to their customers. The SF office is new, but we have already doubled in head count with really amazing and experienced people coming in from top Bay Area startups. We get catered lunch every day and access to a fully stocked kitchen. For our quarterly planning, they are flying our whole SF office out to London for a week! In terms of work culture, it's great! Everyone works as a team, is open to continuous improvement and good feedback loops.

The headquarters is in London, so our time zones have little overlap. It takes a little getting used to synchronizing with colleagues overseas but also advantageous for getting work done.
