Poor Salary Incompetent Management Late salary payment Lack of integrity towards staff and customers If you are owed your salary and you resign, they won't pay you Poor office facilities Delusional and Deceptive Company Founders No finished estate project, even after 14 years of existence Customers constantly harass staff verbally and physically because of the incompetence of the management They don't even pay pension contributions into your pension account after deducting them from your salary Sometimes we work without electricity for hours because the management hasn't paid their bills, despite selling so many plots of land for years
