Pros

Opportunity to learn if you take advantage of the downtime

Cons

The is place sucks, been here close to a year now and I’ve started they have change the schedule 4 times with in the past 11 months with little to heads up. Management is incompetent and expect you to do their job and take all the credit. The job market is rough and I believe they are taking full advantage of this to keep everyone under their foot. HR sucks and everyone will lie to your face. They have a hard time hiring quality employees so they take it out on the loyal employees/contractees and are now offering significantly less to everyone else…very greedy people.

Pros

Growing company, very clean facility.

Cons

I want to share my experience regarding the unprofessional conduct of the CEO. Honesty and integrity seem to be lacking in his leadership. Communication is extremely poor, and this issue extends beyond the CEO to multiple managers who frequently do not respond to numerous emails or calls unless they have a need. I was offered a position while I was overseas and was invited to come in to discuss the specifics. However, upon my arrival, I was taken to a conference room and informed that I did not get the position I was initially offered. Instead, I was offered a role that was a step down. To make matters worse, the CEO continued to discuss salary and benefits with others present in the conference room, excluding the HR manager from the conversation. I have more examples to share, but this reflects the character of the CEO, Osman Ashai, quite accurately.
