      Education is always constant at SKELIA, Inc.

      Cons

      SKELIA, Inc. is too far but virtually right next door.

      Pros

      Interesting project if you were lucky with a customer, good money, no bureaucracy.

      Cons

      No team spirit, free for all. Onsite trip only for old-timer, no ramp-up program for a newcomer. Company does not advocate its employees. Out-staffing philosophy.
