      There was a time when the chef had creative freedom, the staff was like a big family, there was a bigger sense of working as a team, and the culture was stronger

      Cons

      Crazy schedule dominates life outside of work and job security has less to do with job performance and feedback and more to do with how popular you are with the management staff

      Pros

      Amazing money. Servers make much more than management. Management therefore is pretty bad. Flexible schedule and paid time off as a server.

      Cons

      Bad food and hot during summer. Lots of bugs. Management used to hold request offs against you and you would lose shifts in future.
